Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Please note you are in a secure session throughout the checkout process — you can tell this by looking for the padlock symbol displayed in your web browser. This means that your personal information will be encrypted before it leaves your PC so that no one else can read it. Whilst the data is in transit we use industry standard 128—bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

All card payments via SagePay are made in Pounds Sterling - a live currency convertor is provided on the shopping cart page but please be aware that your card provider will convert at the rate of exchange on the day of processing which is out of our control.

Shipping And Handling We now offer free shipping for the UK.

Overseas shipping costs are calculated on weight and destination to give the fairest prices to you the customer.

We will use the method of delivery specified on your order which is calculated on the weight and value of your order, however we may deem it neccessary to send items via a more secure method at no extra cost, this may include a "Signed For" or Courier service which would require a signature on delivery.

Please note due to the high insurance costs we currently cannot take orders from North America (US and Canada).

Delivery Schedule Where possible, we will ship your order within one business day except special order items that quote a delivery time from the warehouse.
Please order from Shop of Legends with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as we cannot be responsible for this. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Royal Mail delivery estimates are as follows:
1st class UK - 1-3 working days
Europe Airmail - 3-5 working days.
Worldwide Airmail - 5-7 working days.

Orders sent via courier to mainland UK usually arrive within 1-2 working days.
Orders sent via courier to overseas can take 3-7 days depending on shipping destination (a more accurrate estimate can be provided on request).

If you see "This item is sent direct from the warehouse. ", these items are subject to the delivery times as stated on the item's description. If you require one of these items to shipped outside mainland UK, please email us for a shipping quote.

Please note that Royal Mail working days are Monday to Saturday not including UK public holidays (please see below).

UK PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

New Year - first working day of the year (Monday-Friday only).
Good Friday & Easter Monday - Easter varies greatly year to year it is usually a Friday in late March to mid-April and then the Monday following Good Friday.
May Day - first Monday in May.
Spring - last Monday in May.
August - last Monday in August.
Christmas and Boxing Day - 25th & 26th December but if either or both fall on a weekend then a public holiday will be given on the following working day for each one that does.

UK POSTAGE

If you have not received your order within 5 working days please contact your local sorting office.

Royal Mail will only attempt to deliver the package once.

If you are not available when the postman attempts delivery a 'While you were out' card will be left. You will have to go to your local sorting office to collect the package within seven days. If you fail to collect your package within seven days Royal Mail will return it to us.

If your order is returned to us and reason given by Royal Mail is "Not called for" you will be required to pay a second postage before we resend it to you. If payment is not received for re-sending your order we reserve the right to refund you the sale price of the item but not the postage cost. If you did not receive a 'While you were out' card you will have to make a complaint to Royal Mail as it is their responsibility not ours.

Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until after 15 working days from the dispatch date (UK only - Overseas see below). Please see above for details of Royal Mail working days. If this is the case please email us and we will put in a claim with Royal Mail. Royal Mail will write to you to confirm you have not received the item. It is essential that you respond within 5 working days or the claim will be invalidated. We cannot offer any recompense until Royal Mail says you have confirmed the item has not been received. Please be patient during this process as Royal Mail are extremely busy and may not respond immediately. However, as soon as Royal Mail confirm to us that the item is lost we will act immediately.

OVERSEAS POSTAGE

Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until after 25 working days from the dispatch date (Overseas only - UK see above). Please see above for details of Royal Mail working days. If this is the case please email us and we will put in a claim with Royal Mail. Royal Mail will then write to the postal authority in your country, who will in turn investigate and then write to you to confirm you have not received the item, it is essential that you respond or the claim will be invalidated. We cannot offer any recompense until Royal Mail says you have confirmed the item has not been received. Please be patient as Royal Mail say this process can take up to 3 months. However, as soon as Royal Mail confirm to us that the item is lost we will act immediately.

If your order is returned to us and reason given by your Postal Service is "Not called for" (or similar) you will be required to pay a second postage before we resend it to you. If payment is not received for re-sending your order we reserve the right to refund you the sale price of the item but not the postage cost.

OTHER RETURN REASONS

If the parcel is returned as "Address Incomplete", "Address Inaccessible", "Addressee Unknown", "Refused", "Addressee Has Gone Away", then we reserve the right to refund you the sale price of the item but not the postage cost.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.

Credit Card Security We use SagePay which securely processes encrypted card payments through 128 bit secure SSL technology.

Card numbers are not held in clear text on any web site.

Unwanted Goods

If you return product in its original packaging and in a saleable condition within 30 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you the sale price of the product - please note postage costs will not be refunded. You will have to pay for the return postage of the goods, please make sure that the item is returned securely via a signed-for postal service (usually via Royal Mail Recorded Second Class) ,as we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss or damage. Faulty Goods

If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by email to inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail Recorded Second Class, but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service.
